EY Consulting Mission for Adeo Group in Shanghai went well!

In Shanghai for a week with Option E students from Paris, Berlin and Madrid, we had the chance to be given a consulting mission about HR for the french Group Adeo (Leroy Merlin, AKI,...).

Our own issue was how to recruit young talents in China using social medias, and especially Wechat, which is actually a mess, having at the same time the features of Whatsapp, Facebook, Linkedin and even Uber or Paypal!

After a week of data and field research, analysis and gathering knowledge, we were enable to pitch our conclusions in 10 minutes in front of Adeo Group, EY and our professors. We even happened to win the Best Project Prize, a great way to end this incredible week!

We learnt a lot and it was an intensive but amazing experience that really made me want to do some consulting afterwards.
