South Summit 2016

I've been to the South Summit Madrid and I loved it!

I assisted the whole day to talks about internet of food, kitchen of the future, food gadgets, disruptive nutrition sources and sustainable agriculture. I also really liked the food start-up competition, with ideas like selling insect farms, connecting farmers around the world with big data or creating synthetic wine.
